Road & intersection upgrades — North Kellyville

Hezlett, Barry & Withers Road Intersection Upgrades – North Kellyville

Smarter construction solutions that brought the programme forward by up to two months.

The project

Vulcan Infra delivered asphalt pavement works across the Hezlett, Barry and Withers Road intersections in North Kellyville as part of a major road and intersection upgrade.

The works involved the placement of approximately 3,500 tonnes of asphalt, comprising a 125mm EME14 pavement layer and an AC10 A10E wearing course, delivered across multiple stages and site establishments.

Through collaborative planning, strategic programming and efficient coordination with the head contractor, Vulcan Infra developed practical construction solutions that streamlined delivery and accelerated the overall project programme.

This collaborative approach enabled the client to bring the programme forward by up to two months, achieving significant cost savings while maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficient execution.

By challenging conventional approaches and applying practical expertise, Vulcan Infra delivered smarter construction solutions, accelerated project delivery and achieved significant cost efficiencies for the client.
