Project Management

The person who prices the job is the person who runs it.

The short version

Pavement works fail on coordination far more often than on materials. We keep the estimator, the supervisor and the crew on the same job from the first take-off to the end of the defects period, so nothing is handed across a gap.

01What we control

  • Programme built around the constraint

    Traffic staging, access windows, weather and supply are set before a date is promised. A programme that ignores any of the four is a programme that slips.

  • One point of contact

    You deal with the person who knows the levels, the mix and the staging, not a coordinator relaying messages to a crew they have not met.

  • Early contractor involvement

    Brought in before the pavement design is locked, we can usually save more through a buildable section and workable staging than through a sharper rate.

  • Handover you can use

    As-built information, compaction and level records, and a defects period managed by the crew that built the job.
