Heathcote Road Landslip Remediation

Precision planning. High-volume paving. Delivered within critical shutdown windows.

The project

Vulcan Infra delivered the asphalt works for the Heathcote Road landslip remediation project, including pavement profiling, correction works, three intermediate asphalt lifts and the final wearing course.

Delivered across two tightly programmed 72-hour road shutdowns, the project required precise planning, efficient resource coordination and seamless execution to meet demanding construction timeframes.

Through strategic programming and hands-on project management, Vulcan Infra successfully placed over 1,400 tonnes of asphalt in a single shift, eliminating the need for an additional detoured road closure.

The project highlights Vulcan Infra's ability to deliver complex pavement works efficiently within restricted construction windows, minimising disruption while maintaining quality and productivity.
